HONDA PRO RACING - 2011 NEW MODELS
Today Honda announces the first models in its 2011 line-up, including the Off Road models and a new ATV to add to the range.
Honda introduces a new and improved CRF450R and CRF250R in its motocross range. These join the CRF150R which will all comply with the new FIM noise regulation. The broader Off Road range also includes the recreational CRF70F and CRF50F models with exciting new Honda graphics. The new TRX420FPM with power steering joins the 2011 ATV range.
Following the introduction of the FIM noise regulation in Europe, Honda has developed the CRF450R and CRF250R 2011 models to comply with the new legislation. Further improvements have also been made in mid range power delivery with a new ECU mapping and narrower throttle body.
Roger Harvey, HME Off Road Race Manager said, “Honda engineers have worked extremely hard in creating an improved package, making a substantial number of subtle changes that improve the 'R' models overall and at the same time complying with the new FIM noise regulation”.

While testing, Tanel also rode the new 2011 CRF250R. “This is the first time I have ridden a 4-stroke 250 since earlier in my career. I was amazed at the lap times I could achieve on the new CRF250R.
